Advertising Terms
1. What you're buying
Defined, clearly labeled placements for a set period. We do not sell or promise traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, conversions or revenue.
2. Packages
Discovery — $99/mo
Placement: Directory featured card (labeled 'Sponsored'), relevant category filter view, and your profile's sponsor box.
Scheduling: Goes live within 2 business days of approved creative; term starts on go-live day.
Billing: $99 charged monthly in advance via Stripe (when checkout opens).
Conditions: Requires compliant creative and a reachable URL. Listing facts must be verifiable on your public pages.
Caps: Directory featured card + relevant category view + profile sponsor box: 10 Discovery sponsors max
Growth Partner — $399/mo
Placement: Discovery placements plus the homepage 'Sponsor partners' block (max 3) and, once live, one newsletter Sponsor Spotlight per month.
Scheduling: Live within 2 business days of approved creative. Newsletter slot assigned to the first edition after go-live once public sends exist.
Billing: $399 charged monthly in advance. The newsletter placement is not charged until newsletter inventory exists.
Conditions: Requires compliant creative. Homepage capacity is capped at 3; if full, you're waitlisted, not charged.
Caps: Homepage 'Sponsor partners' block: 3 Growth Partner slots; Directory featured card: Included; Newsletter Sponsor Spotlight (when live): 1 per edition
Category Leader — $799/mo (waitlist)
Placement: Exclusive banner at the top of one business-function category view, featured listing, homepage exposure where available, 2 newsletter placements/month when live.
Scheduling: Waitlist — offered in order when opened.
Billing: $799/month when opened.
Conditions: 1 sponsor per category. Opens only when it can be delivered in full.
Caps: Top of one business-function category view: 1 per category (10 categories)
Strategic Presenting Partner — Starting at $1,999/mo (waitlist)
Placement: Site-wide 'Presented by' unit.
Scheduling: Waitlist until verified audience.
Billing: Starting at $1,999/month, custom.
Conditions: Never displaces sold inventory.
Caps: Site-wide 'Presented by' unit: 1 exclusive partner
3. Term, billing & renewal
Monthly subscription. 30-day initial term, then renews monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe when online checkout is enabled; until then, reservations take no payment.
4. Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Days already delivered are not refunded, unless a placement we control was not delivered (see fulfillment guarantee).
5. Fulfillment guarantee
Fulfillment guarantee: if a placement we control isn't live for any paid day, we extend your term or credit those days. This covers placements on agentroi.co and in The AgentROI Report only — not third-party platforms, and not traffic, clicks, leads or sales.
Placements activate on the go-live date and expire automatically at the end of the paid period. Daily checks confirm placements render; missed days are logged and credited.
6. Creative requirements
Company name (≤60 chars), headline (≤70 chars), description (≤50 words), https destination URL that resolves, CTA (≤5 words), optional logo (≤300 KB, 64–1200px).
Not allowed: guaranteed outcomes, unsubstantiated performance figures, unverifiable superlatives, "risk-free" claims, implied AgentROI endorsement, prohibited categories. We may reject or edit creative for accuracy.
7. Labeling & editorial independence
Paid placements are labeled 'Sponsored'. Sponsorship never changes directory ordering, difficulty ratings or editorial conclusions.
8. Reporting
We report only what we measure: Sponsor placement impressions and outbound clicks via our first-party counter — only once a counter store is configured (currently: not configured, so counts are unavailable); Clicks on your sponsor links (via your UTM-tagged URL in your own analytics, plus our outbound click events where available); Number of days each placement was live (placement log); Newsletter edition send date and recipient count from Kit, for newsletter placements.
Not tracked yet: Per-placement impressions (not yet measured); Site traffic totals (not yet measured); Newsletter opens/clicks per sponsor slot until sends begin.
9. Affiliated placements
Martin AI is affiliated with AgentROI (same founder). Any Martin AI placement is disclosed as affiliated, is not a paid third-party sponsorship, and never consumes sponsor inventory.
